I’m open, transparent and my passion is to empower people and organizations to achieve their strategic and desired goals through self-steering and open innovation. Shared know-how that leverage , enhance and expand the customer experience to say ‘wow’. By sharing I hope to contribute to more equality and sustainability in the world. Over the past thirty-seven years my expertise and experience has been concentrated in a variety of areas around the globe that extends from my work for cigarette -, bakery-, paper- & carton -, food companies and security paper mills (banknotes). Background is a technical education at young age and a Master in Business Administration and Management at later stage.
My hobbies are riding, preferable offroad with my BMW R1200 GSA, sailing and literature about behavioural topics.
Interests:
For my actual research in which I study the behaviour of Entrepeneurs during financial distress prior-, in- and after insolvency, I’m looking for interviews with candidates in SME’s , in Holland, BV as a legal form, full liability and an insolvency that took place between 2013-2019.
